i confess that i have been quite lazy for sometime now when it comes to reading. however, i just bought this book and it has got me into the reading mood again. For those who have read the 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene (i am of the opinion that the tone of writing is too harsh) - i suggest you try reading The Rules of Work by Richard Templar. The book has been overlooked by me until i decided to give it a chance.
There is much gain in working smart. I sincerely look forward to being that top executive with influence. I am smiling right now!

I kinda dig R. Greene's books - "48 Laws of Power" and "The art of seduction", but now you have me start searching for this new one you blogged about.
well, different authors set out with their own unique motive of writing. i guess both books are meant to achieve different things in the mind of the reader. cheers
